  Suburban Furniture's customer service is very impressive. We had the services of not only a knowledgeable sales consultant, but an experienced decorator, as well. We were called and emailed the day before delivery, as well as when the truck was 10 minutes away. Their delivery people and set-up are exceptional. They offer deep discounts and sales that undersell many competitors. The store works with a host of manufacturers and can order pieces from catalogs that they do not have in the store. We've heard so many stories about furniture ordered online that needs hours of assembly at home and arrives damaged or in the wrong color. Suburban Furniture guarantees their products and delivers them assembled. They are a reliable family business.
