  Whenever I need to purchase an item sold at HD or other home improvement stores, I always check Home Depot first. Why? Simple. The store associates are wonderful. It doesn't matter what type of purchase we are making, everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. Even just walking through the stores, the associates just seem happy to see customers and help. I've walked into this location right after leaving another home improvement store in the next town over, and been amazed at how different the customer experience is.

  EXCELLENT!!!!! Rocco went out of his way to get me help with my snow blower that I bought in the Newton Home Depot. Dover just managed to get someone to help me before Roxbury could with the ice clog in the chute. THANK YOU ROCCO!!!!! If I could leave 100 stars I would!!!!
