  As a chase private client and a business owner im appauled at the service of this location. I walk in with my girlfriend and she asks to use a restroom in plain sight, they say its for employees only.... ok, what ever. I bring my withdrawel slip to the counter and the woman takes so long to even acknowledge my excistance that I walk out from my girlfriend needing a bathroom. Later in the day, i go to the drive up window with a fully filled out slip to withdraw money (Not an abnormal amount for my banks activities), and after 10 minutes of waiting im told i need to come inside for further verification. At this point im beyond annoyed, so i ask for my i.d. back, and im refused my deposit slip.
  
  Ps.i call the branch to ask for a manager, and no one answers the phone.

  Not my choice in banking. Always something minor turns into a big issue, espcailly at thjs branch. Such as not endorsing a check on the line on back of check.
